We don't predict fate - we help you understand your energy patterns to find optimal directions. Each analysis costs 10 Qi.

Xuan Kong Feng Shui is a comprehensive spatial energy analysis system based on Flying Star theory. By analyzing your home's orientation and construction/move-in date, it calculates how nine different energies distribute across your space. QiFlow provides visual energy distribution maps and specific adjustment recommendations. Each analysis costs 20 Qi.

AI Chat is your personal metaphysics consultant, helping you: deeply interpret BaZi report meanings, get advice on specific issues (career, relationships, health), answer Feng Shui layout questions, and provide personalized adjustment plans. Single chat costs 5 Qi, 15-minute deep sessions cost 40 Qi.

The Smart Compass is a free tool that uses your phone's sensors to measure home orientation. Place your phone flat, away from metal objects and electronics, slowly rotate to calibrate, then point toward your main door to read the orientation data. Results can be directly used for Xuan Kong Feng Shui analysis.

Credits are QiFlow's virtual currency for consuming analysis services. Ways to get Qi: purchase credit packages, new user registration bonus, event participation, task completion rewards. Credits can be used for BaZi analysis (10), Feng Shui analysis (20), AI Chat (5/session), PDF export (5), and more.

Purchased Qi are valid for 1 year from purchase date. Bonus Qi (registration rewards, event bonuses, etc.) are valid for 3 months. We'll email you before your Qi expire.

After logging in, go to 'Settings > Credit Recharge', select a credit package, and pay via Alipay, WeChat Pay, credit card, or other methods. Credits are added instantly.

We support multiple payment methods: Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Visa/MasterCard credit cards, PayPal (international users). All transactions are encrypted for payment security.

Unused Qi can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used Qi are non-refundable. If technical issues cause analysis failure, we automatically refund Qi. Contact support for refund requests.

We take data security very seriously: all data transmission uses HTTPS encryption, sensitive information (like birth time) is encrypted in storage, strict access control, we never share your data with third parties, compliant with GDPR and other international privacy standards. You can request account deletion in 'Settings > Account Security'. After deletion, all your data (including analysis records and credit balance) will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Please export any reports you want to keep before deletion.

Yes! Each report has a unique share link. You can choose: public sharing (anyone can view), private sharing (password required), or timed sharing (limited validity). Sharing is free, making it easy to discuss results with family and friends.

If you're unsure of your exact birth time, we suggest: asking parents or checking birth certificates, recalling the general time period (morning, noon, evening), or selecting 'Unknown Time' option - the system will analyze based on year/month/day (slightly reduced accuracy but still valuable).

Tips for improving accuracy: provide precise birth time (ideally to the minute), ensure accurate compass measurement for Feng Shui analysis, fill in complete house information (construction year, move-in date, etc.), provide more background in AI Chat conversations.
