Overview
QiFlow primarily provides digital services (metaphysics analysis reports, AI consultations, Qi credits). Since digital goods can be copied after delivery, refund rules differ from physical goods.
This policy applies to all payments made through the QiFlow platform.
Digital Goods (Reports/Analysis)
- -A report/analysis is considered delivered once generated.
- -If a report has clear errors or fails to generate, a full refund can be requested within 7 days.
- -Refund requests after viewing the full report will be evaluated case by case.
Qi Credit Packages
- -Qi credits are non-refundable once purchased, in principle.
- -Unused Qi balance can be proportionally refunded within 14 days.
- -Consumed Qi credits are not refundable.
Subscriptions
- -Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
- -The current paid period is non-refundable, but service continues until period end.
- -Annual subscriptions may be proportionally refunded if used less than 14 days without heavy usage.
Refund Process
- -Email support@qiflow.io with your order ID and refund reason.
- -We will respond within 5 business days.
- -Refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on the processor (typically 5-10 business days).
